On 10 August the ZAFFICO board announced the departure of Mr. Chanza Sikazwe through a statement issued by the Chairperson.
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Rules (“LuSE Rules”), ZAFFICO hereby wishes to inform its shareholders that Mr. Chanza K. Sikazwe separated from the Corporation on the 31st of July, 2022. Mr. Sikazwe is therefore no longer serving as Corporation Secretary for ZAFFICO.
The ZAFFICO Board of Directors thanks Mr. Sikazwe for his contribution to the Corporation and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has in the interim appointed the Legal Counsel, Mr. Mulawo Mwaba to act as Corporation Secretary. Mr. Mwaba is a lawyer with over 9 years’ experience of practice. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree ILL.BE from the University of Zambia and an advocate of the High Court for Zambia. He previously served as Corporation Secretary and Legal Counsel for Zambia Postal Services Corporation (Zampost) and Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (Zamtel), respectively.
The Board is confident that Mr. Mwaba will diligently discharge his duties as acting Corporation Secretary.
