ZCCM INVESTMENT HOLDINGS:TRADING STATEMENT

In accordance with Section 34(b) of the Lusaka Securities Exchange (‘LuSE*) Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of ZCCM-Investments Holdings PLC (the “Company or “CCM-IH”) hereby advises the Shareholders of the Company that the Earnings Per Share (‘EPS) for the Company for the unaudited financial year ended 31 December 2021 is expected to be approximately 136% higher than the financial year ended 31 December 2020. The movement in EPS for the Company was primarily attributed to a 328% Increase in investment income and subsequent 488% increase in operating profit.

ZCCM-IH : AGM NOTICE UPDATE

Further to the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) Notice issued on 20 October 2022, ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC (“the Company”) wishes to inform its Shareholders that the Notes to Shareholders (“the Notes”) will be distributed to Shareholders physically or electronically from Wednesday, 26th October 2022. The Notes will also be available from Wednesday, 26th October 2022 until 15th November 2022 at 10:00 hours at the Company’s registered office ZCCM-IH Office Park, Stand No. 16806, Alick Nkhata Road, Mass Media Complex Area, Lusaka.

PAMODZI HOTELS – CHANGES TO THE BOARD

The Pamodzi Hotels Plc order of the board on the 26th October,2022 announced changes to their board.

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Rules (“LuSE Rules”), Pamodzi Hotels PLC wishes to inform shareholders that Dr Chiara Chiumya has been appointed as a Director to serve on the Pamodzi board with immediate effect.
