Trading activity was recorded in AEL ZAMBIA, CEC ZAMBIA, LAFARGE, ZAMBIA CONSOLIDATED COPPER MINES, ZANACO, STANDARD CHARTERED ZAMBIA, AIRTEL, SHOPRITE HOLINGDS and PUMA. We begin to see more trading activity within Shoprite Holdings as it is one of the most expensive securities on the LuSE. In comparison to the fourth week of January 2020 we see it recorded trading in ten companies’ securities with ZCCM as it’s most expensive security.
Lafarge PLC recorded the highest turnover in the final week of the month.
