In comparison to the third week of August 2022, which had the bond market record a 98% to 2% on the equities market.

Trading activity was recorded AIRTEL NETWORKS, BATA, COPPERBELT ENERGY CORPORATION ZAMBIA, CHILANGA CEMENT, INVESTRUST BANK, NATIONAL BREWERIES, REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS ZAMBIA, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK LIMITED, ZAMBIAN BREWERIES, ZAMBIA FORESFRRY and FOREST CORPORATION, ZAMBEEF, ZANACO, ZAMBIA SUGAR and CEC AFRICA INVESTMENTS on the quoted tier. The LuSE All Share Index (LASI) closed at 8,698.86 points. The market closed on a capitalization of K79,442,636,666.94 including Shoprite Holdings and K44,659,951,226.94 excluding Shoprite Holdings.
