FNB Celebrates 14th Anniversary and Existence in Zambia   

FNB ZAMBIA HEAD STRATEGIC MARKETING COMMUNICATION KASALI MWABA KAINGU

Speaking on the Wine Festival invent held at Taj Pamozi Hotel in Lusaka, FNB Zambia Head-strategic marketing communication Kasali Mwaba Kaingu said, “FNB started its operations in Zambia on 1st April 2009 and today the bank just took time to really celebrate with its customers as a way of appreciation for the continuity and believing in its banking services”.

Mrs. Kaingu mention that, for the past 14yeas since FNB commenced its operations in Zambia, it acquired over 230,000 customers with a spectrum of them doing personal banking. That the bank as also over 22 branches spread across the country and FNB owns 140 automated teller machines where customers can do withdraws as well as depositing cash.

She further mentioned that, “FNB possess not less than 2,000 cash plus agents across the country where transactions can be done and the bank as over 3,000 points of sell devises being used at service stations where customers can buy goods and services. FNB Zambia also acquires a very strong and functional digital platforms”, Mrs. Kaingu added.

In the statement she said, FNB invested and continued to invest heavily in technology on the basis that, digital banking is the most reliable way of doing baking business, now and in the future. While speaking this, Mrs. Kaingu said, “the bank is committed to give development in the country and world at large by providing real help to Zambians especially the youths”.

FNB Zambia itself is a part of solutions to the societal challenges the country is facing and it will continue going around the country helping the youths in secondary schools by donating sanitary materials. Mrs. Kaingu added.

In a nutshell, Mrs. Kaingu appreciated all FNB customers across the country for believing in its banking services and she gave an assurance to every customer that FNB Zambia will continue innovating and bringing the best baking services across the country as a way of offering real help to everyone.
