In the week ended 2nd December 2022, a total of 10,234,574 shares were transacted in 496 trades, yielding a market turnover of K5,246,337.09. Trading activity was recorded in AECI MINING EXPLOSIVES, BATA, BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO ZAMBIA, COPPERBELT ENERGY CORPORATION ZAMBIA, INVESTRUST BANK, CHILANGA CEMENT, MADISON FINANCIAL SERVICES, PUMA ENERGY, REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ZAMBIA, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK LIMITED, ZAMBEEF, ZAMBIAN BREWERIES, ZCCM INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, ZAMBIA METAL FABRICATORS, ZANACO, ZAMBIA SUGAR as well as RELA ( REIZ rights). The LuSE All Share Index (LASI) closed at 7,344.32 points. The market closed on a capitalization of K72,900,175,041.58 including Shoprite Holdings and K37,117,489,601.58 excluding Shoprite Holdings.
